At Rhyme of Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items only with manufacturing defects, wrong orders can be exchanged.
- To be eligible for a free exchange, the item must have been delivered within 3 days. Requests made after this period will not be considered under manufacturing defects.
- Items damaged due to wear and tear do not qualify for a free exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us via the provided link or WhatsApp (calls are not available). Please include photographs of the damaged or incorrect piece in your message.
- We will schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

Processing the Exchange:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will exchange it for a fresh new piece within 7 working days, at no extra cost.
- If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a credit note for the return amount. Refunds are not available.
